Before registering it is important that you have read the EWOF terms and conditions. When you register there is a fee to be paid. If you are paying by credit card you will receive access to the EWOF standard tools immediately.

The fees as at February 2009 are:

EWOF Site Standard:
International: $NZD 1237.50 annual fee
New Zealand: $NZD 1237.50 (including $1100 annual fee plus $137.50 GST)

The annual fee is a one-off all inclusive cost which includes:

• Access to the on-line EWOF standard and guidance information
• Easy on-line system to upload your evidence
• Desktop verification of your evidence*
• EWOF certificate and logo for the 12-month period of your approval
• Listing on the EWOF Community page including your logo, link to your website, and a case study.

* Please note that in addition to the desktop verification 10% of all EWOF approved businesses will undergo an onsite audit annually. This audit will be conducted by an independent third-party to test the integrity of the EWOF offsite approval process. There is no charge for this audit if you are chosen as one of the organisation to undergo an onsite audit.
